The newly purchased Underground Music Showcase returns this year under new ownership and they’re playing for keeps with the extensive headliner lineup assembled for the 2018 music festival. Two Parts have large shoes to fill as new presenters, and we’re impressed with the first wave of acts announced with ALVVAYS, BJ the Chicago Kid and Deerhunter as marquee acts. Last year’s main acts didn’t carry the same cachet as today’s announcment with Benjamin Booker, Red Fang and Esmé Patterson at the top of the bill for 2017.
It all goes down July 27-29 on South Broadway with stages/venues to be announced in coming weeks. Tickets are on sale beginning today for $35 and will increase to $75, beginning June 14. See below for more ticket information.
