So, if we were to retrace the steps backwards, does this mean an At the Drive-In reunion is on the horizon? Not sure if this is a “one-off” date, but Jim Ward (Sparta/Sleepercar vocalist) is opening up a bar/concert venue, Bowie Feathers and Tricky Falls respectively in the downtown part of El Paso. Sparta will be performing November 17 to ring in the new venue and subsequently, begin work on a new Sparta album with a summer 2012 release. Thanks for the heads up What’s Up. If you haven’t had a chance to check out the solo material from Jim Ward, it’s highly recommended. The single with Tegan Quin get’s me every time.
