Listen to Jim Ward + Tegan Quin
The duo of Jim Ward and Tegan Quin of Tegan and Sara may have previewed something that SHOULD be at least one full length. We got a taste of She & Him and Pete Yorn and ScarJo, but the heartfelt duet of “Broken Songs” is poignant number that deserves further exploring. The vocals of one another feed off of each other brilliantly in a way that isn’t unbearably sweet. It’s a shame there’s only one duet, however, Ward is self-releasing “Quiet In The Valley, On The Shores The End Begins & The Electric Six” on August 2nd, 2011 Tembloroso Recordings.
