Gnarls Barkley Listening Party

La Rumba /Lipgloss is widely known as indie / britpop night on Friday’s making this club the ideal for a night for promoting an upcoming release. Last night was no exception with an early crowd making its way for the free schwag as early as 9:30. There were two types of clubgoers last night. Ones that knew of Gnarls Barkley and were absolutely ecstatic about getting the EP and the ones that didn’t know of Gnarls Barkley but knew either Cee-Lo or Danger Mouse but didn’t know of the collaboration, nonetheless, they were very receptive of the release and eager to listen to the EP. Overall, there was a tremendous turnout and the staff from La Rumba was tremondous and did a wonderful job.
