Sweden’s Surrounded silent sound (try saying that four times fast) strikes in a sorrowful way that makes you feel nostalgic for a time that you had once or may long to have again. The vocals on the new album are near flawless drawing heavily from a departed hero (Elliott Smith) , and the somber optimistic tone of the album is what makes rainy days bearable.
