Talk about stirring up some teenage riot. My favorite of last week. Hands down. No question. I saw them twice to affirm this statement. The wild kids upfront started dancing so hard, that I felt that I was in a mosh pit of days past. But the thing is, the kids aren’t moshing, they’re dancing. Matt & Kim makes people happy. I haven’t witnessed this kind of mass hysteria and pandemonium in a very long time, only to be surpassed at another Matt & Kim show the next day, but more on that later. The best part is that they begin their show with this pulsating drum beat and hard driving synth riff, only to stop in mid song to yell out that they’re, “Matt and Kim, and we’re from NY!” in what quite possibly is the nerdiest voice I have ever heard, but in a good way!!!
