The NFL season is winding down and you know how sometimes you’re always looking to do something on Monday’s?! Well, your time has come….

NEW MUSIC MONDAYS is a weekly celebration of new music, bringing together some of Denver’s finest music artists, media, tastemakers, DJs and friends to share and play their favorites in a collective “Record Party” environment. Music fans are encouraged to show up to with vinyl records or iPods in hand for the opportunity to share a few of their favorite songs. Admission will be free and each week will feature local guest musicians, media and tastemakers performing multiple thirty-minute guest DJ sets, hosted by DJ Hot To Death (Co-Founder of the MONOLITH Festival, http://monolithfestival.com). Appropriately, all events will be held at a venue known for first showcasing up and coming artists, the Larimer Lounge at 2721 Larimer Street, Denver, CO (www.larimerlounge.com).
NEW MUSIC MONDAY will kick off this Monday, December 1st and will feature guest DJ performances by CAT-A-TAC front man JIM MCTURNAN (http://www.myspace.com/thekidsthatkilledtheman ) and local songwriter JOSHUA NOVAK (http://www.myspace.com/joshuanovak ) along with resident host DJ HOT TO DEATH (http://myspace.com/hottodeath). Admission is Free and music will be from 9pm til 1am. Colorado area music artists are strongly encouraged to send music to DJ Hot to Death to spin at the events.
