Thursday the 12th

What if Friday the 13th didn’t exist, and it was Thursday the 12th? Today has a weird feeling to it, and I can’t put my finger what it is, but things have been a little too strange on the homefront. I tried to score tickets to the Asobi Seksu show yesterday, but apparently they are only available at the door. I hope they don’t sell out. This one is not to be missed. It’s kind of crazy because I was watching the preview for the new indie flick Flannel Pajamas that looks really good, and Thursday by Asobi Seksu is used as the intro music. The movie is about two people in NYC that come from different economic means that are struggling to keep their relationship alive.

and last but not least, I will be leaving to Mexico next week for a wedding. I decided that it was time to bust out with some of my old skool rock en espanol tunes, and I came across this one. They are a group from Spain, and reminds of everything good about rock en espanol music. It’s 80’s sounding glory and cheezy lyrics. I will be sharing my favorite ROCK EN ESPANOL tunes till I leave this Wednesday. I don’t foresee too much internet access while out of the country.
