Morrissey

I have been waiting to see this for over 13 years. The funny thing is that I didn’t know that the Smiths existed till I was 17, go figure. I would be willing to put Morrissey in a category of showman that would not only rival Bono, but crush him. There is the air of cool to him, just his presence perhaps. Even between sets, you could just sense it in the venue. He had these foreign clips and the New York Dolls. He even had the costume rehearsal for East of Eden with a very young James Dean. You can tell early American culture had a large influence with Mozzer and last night was no disappointment. Viva Hate!
