I was kind of bummed by not being able to catch Andrew Bird and Apostle of Hustle last night, but I already saw Andrew Bird for NYE and Apostle of Hustle played a very intimate performance yesterday and to those who played hooky were well rewarded. The guys were in amazing spirits and their music sounded every bit better live on a makeshift stage than on album. I was impressed by their ability to catch a moment in life with every note that they played, awesome!
