So the votes are slowly coming in, and we are voting yes (shameless ripoff, I know). I had HUGE expectations to the follow up of the CYHSY album, and they are slowly but surely being met. I listened to the album in its entirety and upon first listen I felt that it left much to be desired, however, it is aging like a fine wine and do not get discouraged if upon first listen it doesn’t make your top 20 or whatever, but be patient. Your dividends will kick in after a couple of whirls because the album is heavily textured and although the band doesn’t explore anything new on the album, it does pick up where the last album left off. For those of you that have had the album for the last month, what do you think? 2007 is going to be a phenomenal year in music and January is just winding down, here’s to another eleven months of solid music.
