DJ MehdiIt seems lately that I can’t get enough of the Ed Banger crew, and make no mistake w/DJ Mehdi. DJ Mehdi is from Paris and got his start as a producer in 1995 and doing soundtracks to many French films. He has worked with the obligatory French acts such as Daft Punk and Cassius. His new album is about to be dropped next month, “Lucky Boy” and the first single off of the album is “I am Somebody” featuring Chromeo. When listening to these cuts, don’t be frightened because they sound like they could have been on MTV in 83……
