The crackle of the 70’s AM radio dial was alive and well last night. Along with the ghosts of CSNY, more so CSN, but nonetheless the group had harmonies that would make any barbershop quartet jealous. The quietly tenacious acoustic strumming played to a quietly still crowd. Their album is extremely heavy on the reverb, yet, their live show had no sign of reverb. My pleased ears couldn’t handle any reverb last night and I eagerly awaited to see if they would play any out during the set. I’m happy to report that there were no signs of it anywhere near the stage. More photos here.
