Tournaments
Who knew twang existed outside of the American borders? I didn’t know. Did you? Somebody forgot to tell that to Tournaments. The UK band band’s Americana sound is on par with many of their American counterparts. By the by, Tournaments will be supporting one of my favorite twang groups on the scene right now, Lucero. On second thought, the sound plenty of fiddle, but mostly infectious powerpop melodies. Quite brilliant indeed.
