LA’s Automatic carry the torch of the Waitresses with an immense amount of pride.

The post-punk trio executes the post-punk formula well with chunky basslines, hard-hitting snare and baritone vocals. Izzy Glaudini (synths, vocals), Lola Dompé (drums, vocals) and Halle Saxon (bass, vocals) are close to finally realizing the release of their debut full-length album via Stones Throw on September 27.

In perhaps even better news, Automatic added a slew of US dates on their upcoming tour in November revolving around the psych-fest, Levitation in Austin.
