In a time when music festivals in Denver seem to be fleeting, the Powabunga Music Festival raises the ante with a ski outing meets Halloween.

Cancelled music festivals be damned. Powabunga Music Festival is going the route of Spring Break ski weekend in Vail March 22-23 at Ford Par with performances by ZHU, Grammy-winning duo Bob Moses, Boombox, Justin Jay’s Fantastic Voyage, De Lux, ISHI and more.

Powabunga has teamed with Evergreen for lodging deals that include a discount using the promo code “Powabunga.” Here’s more from Camp Powabunga:

Powabunga’s concert performances at Ford Park (522 S. Frontage Road E.) kick off at 4 PM each afternoon and continue until 10 PM. Then, Powabunga hosts intimate afterparties—with artists including Justin Jay and Bob Moses (Club Set)—at select local venues (details to be announced soon).

Saturday, March 23rd at noon sees the start of the Costume Ski-Stravaganza at Black Forest Ski Race Course on Vail Mountain. A costume-required ski event, the Ski-Stravaganza invites fans to get creative for some slopeside fun, with winners taking away prizes including skis, snowboards, an Epic Pass, and more. Costume categories include Best Overall, Best Duo, Best Denim, and Best Onesie. Fans looking to participate can register at Powabungafest.com.

Tickets for Powabunga are available now at powabungafest.com, with a limited number of discounted $99 Early Bird 2-Day GA Passes and $299 Early Bird VIP Weekend Passes—offering access to preferred viewing areas and VIP tent hosting exclusive bar and food, upgraded bathrooms, and sponsor schwag, after-party pre-sale options, and more—available while supplies last.
