Liars have always been a bit abstract, but their first sample off of their newly announced album steps it up several notches. One of our favorite Aussie acts announced the sequel to “TFCF” with “Titles With The Word Fountain” set for release via Mute Records September 21.

The new material isn’t “B-sides” or leftover material from the same recording sessions as “TFCF,” but more of a “sequel.” Listen to their first single, “Murdrum,” and be ready to be pulverized with the sheer brute force of Liars’ drumbeat.
