Mavis Staples is 77, but by her last collaborations, you’d think she was 27. The Staples Singer artist went from working with Win Butler from Arcade Fire to jousting verses with Pusha T on the latest cut from Gorillaz. The Damon Albarn centered project is prepping for an April 28th release of their fifth album, “Humanz.”

Damon Albarn claims that he has about 40 tracks in the hopper in his interview with Zane Lowe. Listen below:
