PT Anderson delivers good on “Present Tense” for Radiohead

“Magnolia” director Paul Thomas Anderson went the minimalist route with the latest Radiohead video for “Present Tense.” The near six minute clip captures lead vocalist Thom Yorke and guitarist Jonny Greenwood in what appears like a vintage “Storytellers” clip from the good ol days of VH1.

Greenwood has worked with Anderson on his last three films in the soundtrack department. Subsequently, Anderson has directed Radiohead’s last two video clips. Seems like a relationship that is good in the reciprocating department.

Yorke announced that 2017 will see Radiohead support their latest album, “A Moonshaped Pool,” via a three hour BBC visit that you can listen to over here.
