Two of the best songwriters happen to be a couple of good ol’ Texas boys up to no good. No, I’m not talking about the Dukes of Hazard, but the Dukes of College Station with Lyle Lovett and Robert Earl Keen. The Texas troubadours are set to bring an acoustic tour on a smallish scale that will see them in the western region of the US. Lovett and Keen write music that is made for pickup trucks and drinking an eighteen pack of Lone Star at the levee. The two paint a beautiful picture of Texas hill country and vast open skies not heard of since the days of Willie or Jerry Jeff.
