One of the hottest tours this fall upped the ante. Small Black has taken Painted Palms under their wing to bring some heat to the crisp autumn evenings. Lead singer Chris Prudhomme and producer Reese Donohue have teamed up for their second full length with the announcement of the release of “Horizons” out September 4 via Polyvinyl. The trippy single, “Refractor,” oozes a 90s nostalgia when beats had a frantic loopy aesthetic that made people gyrate.
