Jamie XX’s album is going to rule the rest of the year. The sonically ambitious album from the XX’s main point man is geared to make 2015 his own with bits and pieces that have been released over the last couple of months. “In Colours” could easily rest on the strength of “Loud Places” featuring vocals from Romy Madley Croft, but Jamie aggressively sought out a way to make a complete album from top to bottom.
