José González is proving that Junip was a passing fad. The Swedish troubadour is selling out most every date he’s touring this year in support of “Vestiges and Claws,” the latest album released this past February. It appears as though González viewed “the NeverEnding Story” recently and inspired by Falkor with the appearance of a mystery worm in his hotel room.
“In this video I’m attached to a thing, a big worm-like part of me that needs me more than I need it. It’s a humorous but still poetic twist on the theme of the album – Vestiges & Claws and of the song – ‘Open Book,’ regarding relationships.”
Look for José to show up on Jimmy Kimmel May 14 for a late night performance.
