For the rest of 2014, we will be checking out those albums released in 2014 that fell through the cracks.The harrowing desperation felt in each piano stroke by Grouper (Elizabeth Harris) was brilliantly released in the middle of fall to accompany the dismal snowy weather. Half of the album is Harris exploring her love of days past to the tune of the Norther Californian’s painfully glorious piano skills. Each key stroke breathes a whisper of a wounded soul that that struggling to regain a sense of normalcy.
