Three covers you should hear RIGHT NOW
I, like most people, love a good cover song. Every now and again, I’ll post some of my favorite covers hitting the interwebz. Lykke Li’s take on “Silver Spring” has breathed a new life into the track. It was the one that I typically hit next when listening to “Rumours” because of how sappy the track played. However, Lykke Li’s vocals go toe to toe with Stevie Nick’s and dare I say took her to task. The rework takes the Spector avenue with the “wall of sound” being evident on the classic tear jerker.
