The preview to the Dirty Projectors’ film “Hi Custodian” was shown last night as a little treat as part of an companion to last night’s performance of “Gun Has No Trigger.” Be on the lookout for the upcoming DP album, “Swing Lo Magellan” via Domino Records next month. Guitar noodling and three part harmonies are as almost as a sure thing on the latest offering as much as the Colorado Rockies are going to end up dead last in the NL West. Oh, and that film we were talking about, look for it on P4K sometime soon. Can’t get the thought of Amber playing paddy-cake with her band-mate sporting the side-ponytail and hoop earrings.
