Ultraísta “Smalltalk”
It’s amazing what you can do with a projection screen and a dark room. The “unofficial” knob turner for Radiohead, Nigel Godrich, has assembled Ultraísta. Not much is known about the trio, but the first taste, “Smalltalk,” has been released with accompanying video. The vocals from the very cool Laura Bettinson comes across has an incantation of Beth Gibbons without sounding too pitchy with the electronic element of the 90′s heyday from the UK.
