Friday Remixes

The Oscars are this Sunday, and 2011 was a forgettable year in cinema. I can’t honestly say that I’ve seen a great movie in a long time, though, I’ve only seen four out of the nine movies up for “Best Picture.” The stage appears to be set for “the Artist” to win big in which makes Harvey Weinstein look like a genius. The one movie I regret not catching while in theatres in 3D is the Martin Scorsese film not starring Joe Pesci, “Hugo,” based on the children’s book. “The Help’s” supporting cast should win “Best Supporting Actress” and aside from that, I’m going to defer all awards to “the Artist” or “Hugo.”
