The Mars Volta almost done with new album

Hopefully you guys are ready for 14 minute guitar solos, because the Mars Volta is BACK! No official release date has been given, however, the Mars Volta has contributed new music to the “MLB 12 the Show” video game. Never thought I’d be typing that, but according to King Blind, there will be no At the Drive-In reunion anytime soon, but we can expect more collaborations from the Cedric Bixler-Zavala camp.

    The Mars Volta doesn’t do that kind of music anymore, so no more 14 minute solos. And the March 27th date is almost official.
