I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things, but these small bits of information have made me a happy person today. According to Matablog, Beck has produced the forthcoming new Malkmus album slated for release August 23rd titled, “Mirror Track.” This is the second Beck produced album put out by Matador this year, the other being the stellar solo album from Thurston Moore, “Demolished Thoughts.” The Rapture have announced the release of “In The Grace Of Your Love” out on September 6th through DFA Records. The new album was produced by Philippe Zdar (Phoenix, Beastie Boys, Chromeo) and it sees them back with DFA records after a long stint being elsewhere.
