KVDU Live Compilation

For those of you that thought that Radio 1190 was the only circus in town, consider yourselves ON NOTICE. KVDU is a student run college radio station streaming 24/7 from the University of Denver campus and they’ve put together a live compilation of some of the best acts the Denver area has to offer. Come celebrate the release of the compilation tomorrow at Hi-Dive. The party is sharing celebration duties with Mike Marchant, who is also having an EP release. Get there early!

KVDU live compilation, Mike Marchant EP release!
May 7th, 2010 at Hi-Dive (7 S Broadway Denver, CO)

Itʼs a dual release show at the Hi-Dive! KVDU is releasing a 13-song compilation of in-
studio recordings featuring Denver bands. Simultaneously, Mike Marchant will be
releasing his long awaited follow-up EP entitled “Indulgent Space-Folk Vol. 2.”
Rather than play solo acoustic, Mike is bringing back his Outer-Space Party Unit to fill
out his sound. Openers include Blue Million Miles and Old Radio.
The compilation includes previously unreleased tracks by Hearts of Palm and Kissing
Party, as well as old favorites by Paper Bird, Widowers, The Knew, and others (full
tracklist below). Copies will be available free of charge the night of the show.
Doors open at 9:00pm, show begins at 10:00pm. Tickets are $6 and the event is 18+.
