MGMT on SNL

Picture 165

They didn’t stink up the joint, but I’m not sure if they won over any new fans. “Congratulations” is a definite grower, and wonder if it will stand the test of time. They did two songs last night off of their new album, despite me thinking otherwise. I thought for sure they would’ve played “Kids” or “Electric Feel” for sure.

Can’t wait to see these guys on tour this summer. I’m a big fan of the new stuff and it’s great to see them pulling those songs off so well live.
