Thom Yorke is about to hit the road on a solo tour. His every move is under a large microscope and this time we discover that his touring band consists of Nigel Godrich (producer of most Radiohead albums, Beck albums, and several other projects including Pavement’s last album), Mauro Refosco (percussion), Joey Waronker (Beck drummer), and Flea (Red Hot Chili Pepper bassist, actor, all-around rabble-rouser). The group will be playing next week at Los Angeles’ Orpheum Theater on Oct. 4 and 5.(via Dead Air Space) As of right now, the group has no name and Yorke states that their sets will be short due to the amount of material they’re working with (the group will be playing Eraser and new material).
