When I was growing up, the UK music scene provided the soundtrack to my youth. While friends of mine were listening to Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and NWA, I was listening to The Cure, Morrissey, New Order, and Depeche Mode. That’s what happens when you have an older sister, instead of an older brother.
