Instrumentalists go bananas! The horn and percussion enthusiasts sound like what Trey Anastasio’s solo backing band use to sound like after a twenty minute jam session. The thumping bass, horns-a-blarin, and chageling drums create an improvisational solo opportunity on every track. I can only imagine how magnetic their live show must sound like in a smoky room and free booze flowing. Invisible Cities is the name of the forthcoming release from Nomo to be released Cinco de Mayo via Ubiquity Records.

This new record is amazing! They keep adding new sounds to their repertoire. It’s kinda freaked out, funky, and beautiful all at once. Looks like they won’t make it to Denver, but their live show is worth the trek up to Aspen.
