Are you guys having a hard time filling that Vampire Weekend void until the next record? Your wait is over, kind of. What if Vampire Weekend and Ra Ra Riot got together and made a baby (I’m having flashback from that scene in Pineapple Express where James Franco is breaking down different kinds of hybrid weed strands). Discovery is the new project from Rostam Batmanglij (Vampire Weekend) & Wes Miles (Ra Ra Riot) and they may only have one song up, but the formula is destined for pop magic, or good blog fodder. Either way, I’m very interested in listening to what they’ve recorded.
