Thieves Like Us would like to fancy themselves a disco/hip hop act. It’s almost like the good girl trying to be bad, very Sandra Dee. They come across as Eurotrash pushing beats best played at the after hours, in a good way. The group is residing in NYC, but moving to France. An important distinction when listening to their album, Play Music, because the album was recorded in stylish cites such as New York, Berlin, Vienna, London, Rio De Janeiro and Stockholm.
