Devotchka

The band licensed one of their songs for a video game commercial. A very common practice and in the context of the video game and commercial, I would say that the music is befitting of what the product is about, and ironic at the same time. The funny thing is that we just bought Gears of War 2 for my stepson this past weekend, and I have a feeling that I will be playing it more than he will, and don’t forget, if you’re having trouble doing something romantic for V-day, as I mentioned before, take your loved one to see Devotchka and you should pretty much seal the deal.
