Just when everybody thought that the ship had sailed to see Supergrass open up for FOO Fighters, they go and win the good faith of their fans by putting on a one off show last night at a near capacity venue. Not bad, considering the short notice. England’s favourite #2 band pummeled through a glam-rock set of fan faves new and old. I didn’t think they were going to sound as good as they did, which was a pleasant surprise. Did you guys notice the huge speaker on the floor towards the front? Jesus, I think you could hear the show all the way down to Coors Field.
