The Chilangos made their US debut that day. I wanted to catch them at IODA , but decided to stick it out at the Fader Fort due to the overwhelming line that snaked around the block and around the Levi’s protesters. My wait was not in vain and overwhelmingly good. Their heavily texturized songs made believers of the skeptical and judgmental tight pant wearing crowd.
