I missed the Kills last time they were at SXSW with their debut album. I was determined not to miss them again and they did not disappoint. It’s crazy but I always think that lead singer Allison Mossheart is in a permanent state of sedation because of how stoic her demeanor is/was. That feeling was thrown to the side because when the duo hit the stage, I thought they were going to start spitting into each other’s mouths, in a good way, seriously. They create a lot of energy for only being a duet.
