My buddy Kovan went to go see his childhood hero Perry Farrell at Emo’s in Austin this past weekend and the latest installment of Kovan’s Korner. I couldn’t resist the use of the hard “K” on korner. It was awesome…Perry and satellite party came on to the stage, along with his wife, she like a dancer on the stage , and does backup vocals..hot!!!!!!…..the crowd went crazy…he came out with a bottle of champagne and was off to talking his craziness..hilarious though…..they started off with 2 songs off the the new satellite party song..then he says were going to go way back fuckers!!!…so he busted out Jane’s. he played coming down the mountain, and stop!, then he changed it up to porno for pyros songs. He played Tahitian moon and pets…then he went back to satellite party songs..the encore was the celebration song from the new album, and he closed it up with Jane says….it was an awesome experience to perry farrell for sure…all in all the show was a blast…i recommend people to catch them….
