This performance only solidified my belief that Matt & Kim was the band to see. I thought their show and the mass frenzy they caused was a fluke at the Diesel Party the night before. I didn’t mean to catch them again, I wanted to catch Deerhunter, and it just so happened that Matt and Kim were playing right before. So , it kind of just worked liked that. The frenzy continued. Except this time, the duo was surrounded by frantic fans just aching to catch a glimpse of the power pop duo….It was crazy. The front of the crowd was being pushed by all the fans in attendance. It seemed like nobody could get enough. I had a blast, and the best time when Matt and Kim were on stage. Look at them, they barely even have enough room on the make ship stage that resembles a gazebo. Everybody wanted to be on stage while they were playing. Complete and utter chaos!!
