Of all the parties that I have hit up since I have been in Austin, I have to say the nicest, and best assembled has to be the Fort. Fader knows how to put shit together, and again, not being bias by any means….I will point out that there’s tons of room, sofas, booze, chairs, and more booze. Did I mention that there’s tons of great bands. I’m still in shock that I caught the fucking Meatpuppets. The crowd lost it when they played Plateau. One fan screamed, “FUCK NIRVANA!” Good times….Kenna played one of the more inspiring sets yesterday and if you don’t know who he is, he’s the guy in the PSP commercial below.
