Jay-Z Kingdom Come
Dan the Homeboy is celebrating his birthday tonight in NOLA style, and I would like to say Happy B-Day!!! He has the new review for the new JIGGA album. One quick observation on my part, the title of the album comes from a Coldplay song, and the last track on the album is with Chris Martin, coincidence?!?!?!? hmm…

Man you will never believe what has been handed to me to review before it is out, Kingdom Come by Jay-Z. This is the official CD, from what I’ve heard you will not be disappointed. Jay is still spitting for the Grown & Sexy…he catches your attention for the intro about having the fantasy of getting out of the game, but keeps it real by saying what the “fuck you going to do but hustle!”. If you’re expecting Jay to spit to the levels of today’s youth this album isn’t for you now, check it out in about 10 years you should be old enough by the to appreciate what his legacy means for Hip-Hop. HOVA unique way of wordplay is still so ahead of most artists today. I’m from the era/ where ni**az don’t snitch/ you from the era/ where snitch’n is the shit/ I’m afraid of the future/ Ya’ll respect the one who got shot/ I respect the shooter/ You go to party with ice grillz/ I go to parties with nice girls/ from 30something. He answers topics from rumors of have a child with Free, the handling of Katrina to younger emcees coming at him like he isn’t use to hushing all challengers. From what I heard on the album he is still the best jeweler in the game with these fine gems: 30something(my favorite), Dig a Hole, I made it, Anything (you want) f/Usher, Minority Report (Katrina Breakdown) f/Ne-Yo & Trouble. Jigga’s opus is masterpiece painted among a lot of finger painting that’s that is being put out. Welcome back Hova…..Dan the Homeboy gives Jigga return 4 mics
