Zach Braff’s newest movie about coming to grips with growing up fizzled before it even began. The cast would suggest and better than average movie, turns out to be a predictable date flick. I loved “Garden State.” I loved the fact that Zach Braff was involved in all angles of making his first movie. However, his second movie was handled by other Hollywood vets and the end result was this homogenized flick with too many story lines and not enough focus on the primary story. The movie was scattered and I lost interest by the time the fourth story line was introduced. The movie was horribly developed and I dare add again, predictable. Save your $ and wait till it’s on TV or at the Red Box $1 DVD Station. Even the soundtrack is a little weak. That is the only control that Zach Braff had, and I say it’s weak because I know that he ‘s capable of doing a better job with his selections.
