So I finally got back to Denver this morning. Things are a little hectic ’round these parts. I got to my office and had over 59 items past due on Outlook, urghh….. I spent my off day in Austin yesterday catching up on some items that I was not able to do over the weekend, namely go to Rudy’s , the best BBQ joint in Austin. Although, I have heard Ironworks is where it’s at. I will not miss the dragonflies the size of a small horse swarming over in the distance. I will miss the food, although my waistline seems to say something else. I will miss the people and hope to be back soon.

I will hopefully make it out to Larimer Lounge for the White Whale/Everything Absent show. I have been DYING to see EAOD for a while now. I missed them at the South Park Music Festival but this is my chance. All I have to do is muster up enough energy to make it out tonight. My flight to Denver was @ 5am and I’m feeling a little woozy. Not to mention that I have to work till the early evening.

I didn’t catch them at ACL this year, and doubt that I will be able to make it up to Boulder tonight. But all you Boulder kids can catch them at the Fox Theatre tonight. I’m sure that the show tonight is going to be epic, and I wish I could be there.
