James Murphy and Co. played last night at the Church to a very packed house. It was a little hard to cut a rug, but I did my best and improvised. We got a late start, and didn’t even get to the Church till midnight. I’m pretty happy about that because usually that’s when the headlining DJ’s go on till close. I hate waiting, and the anticipation usually kills me. No complaints from me, and I knew he spun house, but he got kind of disco-y for a while, it was purdy kewl.
