Rocky VotolatoNative Texan Seattle Based singer songwriter sets himself apart w/his poignant lyrics and gentle voice. It kind of reminds you of that friend of yours that plays an acoustic guitar that writes a ton of songs but never does anything with them because there’s no outlet. You trust the voice in the song and really do believe that everything is going to be alright, very soothing in a storytelling kind of way.

These Canadian Rockers/blog darlings don’t have it easy. There music has appeared in the OC and has been critically acclaimed everywhere, not to mention the fact that he is on tour supporting Ben Kweller. Those are big boots to fill, no?!
