This new band that just had a residency @ Stolen Transmission in NY and has the full support of Miss Ultragrrl. They are very new wave and yes it is beating a dead horse, but I can’t get enough. Wolfmother was the brunt of all jokes during SXSW amongst my friends and I. Everytime we would come home late night, this public access station in Austin would be showing the same Wolfmother concert from a castle rooftop in Scotland. And everytime, we would all shrug and complain, saying, “ughh gawd, Wolfmother!” So the other day I was listening to this great show on WWW.KCRW.COM called Metropolis and they played this sicko remix of Wolfmother’s “Mother” by Mstrkrft. I found it and can’t stop listening to the song. I wanna dance.
